The colors on this are very shimmery in real life, honest! To make the main panel I used a piece of adhesive sheet, that I think is sometimes called cold laminate. It's completely clear and very glossy. I stamped the image on the front with archival ink and then waited for it to dry. I trimmed the panel and then turned it over and removed the backing sheet to expose the sticky side. I used a soft brush to sort of tap the perfect pearls on. I don't think it's possible to be very exacting when you do this. It's more of a free form thing. Then I flipped it over and tapped to knock the excess powder loose.
At this point the sticky is completely covered, so I attached with brads. Red line tape does NOT work -- my first attempt ended up in the trash!
